ONDM 2019 oral presentations can be included to the ONDM 2019 Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS), Springer, proceedings

Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines Springer Guidelines for Authors of Proceedings and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their camera ready manuscripts. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. The required paper length for inclusion in the LNCS proceedings is 12 pages according to Springer Guidelines for Authors.

In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

ONDM 2019 poster papers will be included at the IFIP Open Digital Library

The paper maximum length is 12 pages according to Springer Guidelines for Authors. 

Camera ready submission

Author should follow the above instructions, and use the Springer template provided.

Please, download the Consent-to-Publish form, fulfill it with the following information and sign it. You will need to upload the signed Consent-to-Publish form  when submitting your camera ready final paper.

Poster Session

An 120cm x 90cm (landscape) bulletin board, a sign indicating the paper title, and adhesive material will be provided. Presenters should display the paper title and authors and affiliations on their poster.

All poster presenters are expected to post their presentations on their assigned boards by 14:00 the day of the poster session. Presenters are expected to be by their poster boards during the poster session:

Tuesday, 14 May     16:15 – 18:15

Posters must be removed from boards at the end of the poster session.
